Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We only ship to designated delivery areas. The estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak seasons or other uncontrollable situations.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to check logistics status online anytime.
All customs duties, import taxes and additional clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for package detention caused by local customs regulations.
Please fill in your accurate and complete delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to receive, the shipping fee is non-refundable and reshipment is not supported.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service with relevant proof, and we will provide a proper after-sales solution.
